Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in colour and craftsmanship. All of our products are handmade, so the actual items may vary slightly in colour and size from the images shown online and may also have slight imperfections. We love this about our products; they are all unique.

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
With the exception of personalised glitter items that require a specific colour to be made up, due to curing time please allow approximately 4 weeks plus postage and items made with the personalised name fabric due to the fabric being designed then printed overseas before being sent to me to make the items turnaround is approximately 4-6 weeks

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
